Land Registry Transfers without Payment and Vacant Possession, 
today,s date is Saturday 3rd August 2019,

Re; Title Number WM336901, [ 41 Catesby Road, Radford, Coventry, CV6 3EU ]

on the 9th of June 2017, you Transferred the Title of my Property, into the sole name of Rachel Last, without my Knowledge or Consent, 

your records show, that the Documents that you relied on, to Transfer my Property into the Sole name of Rachel Last, are;

A] a Court Order, dated the 23rd May 2016, by JUDGE AFZAL, and.. 
B] a Transfer executed by a District Judge, on the 9th June 2017, and.. 
C] a Purchase Price by Rachel Last of £65,000 
D] a Mortgage in Rachel Lasts Sole name with the Coventry Building Society,

1] the Court Order dated the 23rd May 2016, by JUDGE AFZAL, that your records have relied on; 
require my property to be valued and Sold by Loveitts Estate Agents,, where equal shares are to be divided between Rachel Last and myself,, 
this proves that Rachel Last is not lawfully allowed to purchase my property,, 
therefore, i craig fraser, hereby, require you to provide me with your record containing your reasons, of why you have, Accepted and Recorded JUDGE AFZAL,S ORDER of the 23rd May 2016, when you have refused to comply with it ?,

2] your records show that Rachel Last Purchased my £160,000 Property, via a Transfer executed by a District Judge, on the 9th June 2017, for a knock down price of £65,000,, 
you are required by law, to notify myself, in writing prior to transferring my property, 
therefore, i craig fraser, hereby, require you to provide me with your reasons for not notifying me of your change of Title, for my property, and i further require you to provide me with your proof of claim against my property, due to the fact that no money has ever been paid to myself, and i continued to be the Sole Occupier,, and a Purchase requires vacant possession and payment,, 

3] i further require the Court Claim Number that you have, for the Judge,s Transfer of my Property,

4] your published records from the 9th June 2017 claim that Rachel Last, had a Mortgage on my property in her SOLE name, with the Coventry Building Society,, 
the law requires you to publish and record, all encumbrances against a Title,, i require you to provide the proof of your claim of Rachel Last being the Sole Owner of my property, 
due to the fact that after your change of Title, i craig fraser continued to be the sole occupant and the sole payer the Mortgage,,
